Updated over 3 weeks ago

What’s new

  • The Core Reasoning assessment report is now accessible to both users and admins. Users will only see a description of their problem-solving style. Admins can view the logical score and hint ratio (percentage of questions where hints were used).

ADMIN - SETTINGS - CAMPAIGNS, USERS AND TEAMS - DELETE INACTIVE USERS

  • Account Owners can now enable the automatic deletion of inactive users after 30 days of inactivity. Once activated, a daily automated task checks for inactive users who have been inactive for 30+ days and these users are automatically deleted from the system. After deletion, the Account Owner receives an email listing the deleted users.

Inactive users are defined as:

  1. Those marked as inactive in the integration file (HRIS file).

  2. Those manually marked as inactive under user details (“Active” toggle = OFF).

ADMIN - ASSESSMENT & REPORTS - DETAILS & REPORTS

  • Admin reports (formerly called Coaching Reports) can now be downloaded in PDF format for easier sharing and offline review.

What’s improved

ADMIN - ALL USERS TABLE

  • Columns with date or time references have been renamed for better clarity. For example, “Created At” column is now called “Created date”, “Last Login” is “Last Login Date”, etc.

  • Sorting and filtering are now supported for numerical columns, such as “Assessment completed count, “Dynamo Goals Completed”, etc.

  • The limitation on the number of columns that can be added to the table has been removed. Previously, a maximum of 50 columns could be added. Now, all available data can be added to the table and downloaded when needed.

ADMIN - TEAMS

  • “Members Count” column has been added to the All Teams table. This allows admins to quickly see how many team members each team has (team manager is not included in this count).

  • The account’s e-chart theme colors are now applied to the team analytics charts within the Team Dynamics Report for better visual consistency.

  • When a team file is uploaded, if a user already exists in the system but is missing a first or last name, their first and last names will now be updated based on the data from the uploaded file.

USER - ASSESSMENT

  • When a user clicks on a hint during a Core Drivers assessment, the hint option will now remain enabled for all subsequent questions unless the user disables it. In contrast, for the Core Reasoning assessment, hints will be disabled by default for each question and must be manually enabled for every new question.

What’s fixed

  • Fixed the move user(s) functionality.
