What’s new

ADMIN - USER PROFILE - ASSESSMENTS AND REPORTS - CORE DRIVERS - CANDIDATE REPORT

  • We're introducing a new report type: the Candidate Report. Designed for hiring and onboarding, this report provides insights into how a candidate is likely to perform and develop in a role. It also includes interview questions to help assess their fit and understand their potential team interactions.

ADMIN - USER PROFILE - ASSESSMENT & REPORTS - COMPETENCIES

  • Competency content previously embedded in the Core Drivers Pro and Teams report has been moved to a standalone Competency Report. This update allows for the creation of custom competency reports tailored to different use cases. If the Competency Report is visible to the user, it will also appear ontheir user dashboard.

  • In the summary section, competencies will be included if the user has completed all required assessments. They will also be available in the Summary PDF Report. If an assessment used for competency calculation is deleted, the corresponding competency scores will also be removed.

What’s improved

ADMIN - CAMPAIGNS - MANAGE USERS - SCORES

  • To quickly access reports within campaigns, a "View Report" button is now available in the "Scores" section.

ADMIN - ANALYTICS - INSIGHTS

  • Clicking on a chart section now allows you to download the list of associated users and access their summary reports directly.

ADMIN - ANALYTICS - FILTER

  • A new active state indicator has been added to the filter button, filling the filter icon when applied.

  • The applied filters will now remain active even when switching between different views (for example, between the Core Drivers and Core Values view).

  • You can now save applied filters for future use. Saved filters can be accessed and applied from the "My Filters" tab in Analytics Insights, allowing for quicker navigation between assessments.

ADMIN - ANALYTICS - COMPETENCIES

  • You can now edit the competency table by adding or removing competencies as needed.

ADMIN - ALL USERS

  • Selecting a user from the “All Users” table now automatically opens the “Assessment & Reports” tab under their user profile.

USER - HOME - TEAM REPORTS

  • We've updated the UI for team reports. Now, when a user has multiple team reports available (for example, if they’re a manager in multiple teams) they can easily find them all in the expandable “Team Reports” section.

What’s fixed

  • Fix for incorrect user data displaying when selecting a section of the bubble chart while using the compare feature.

  • For subscription accounts, the “Credits left” section was displaying the incorrect number of user credits. This issue has now been fixed.
