ADMIN - SETTINGS - DATA MANAGEMENT - ASSESSMENT DATA RETENTION POLICY

  • In line with GDPR regulations, you can now configure a data retention period (1–5 years) in the settings. Once a retention period is selected, assessment data older than the specified timeframe will be automatically deleted on a monthly basis. Users whose assessment results are deleted will be re-assigned the same assessment(s).

What’s improved

ADMIN - ALL USERS

  • “Created date” is added as a default column to the “All users” table.

ADMIN - ALL USERS - DOWNLOAD REPORTS

  • When downloading reports in bulk, you can now choose exactly which reports to include, including competency reports and the summary report.

ADMIN - ALL USERS - SHOW/HIDE REPORTS FROM USERS

  • The “Assign/Unassign” buttons have been renamed to “Show/Hide Reports from users” to better reflect their function. You can now also bulk-manage the visibility of competency reports, making them visible to users all at once.

ADMIN - CAMPAIGNS

  • “Invite date” column is now included by default in the user tables for all invite campaigns,

CORE REASONING ASSESSMENT

  • Users are now limited to three hints per assessment. After the third hint is used, the hint button will be disabled for the remainder of the assessment.

  • A 60-second time limit has been implemented for each question.

  • Since users can now use a maximum of three hints, the hint ratio will be 33, 67, or 100, depending on how many hints they use during the assessment.

What’s fixed

ADMIN - CAMPAIGNS

  • When a competency report is added while editing a campaign’s report visibility, the competency report visibility is automatically updated to ensure all users in the campaign can view it.
