In line with GDPR regulations, you can now configure a data retention period (1–5 years) in the settings. Once a retention period is selected, assessment data older than the specified timeframe will be automatically deleted on a monthly basis. Users whose assessment results are deleted will be re-assigned the same assessment(s).

“Created date” is added as a default column to the “All users” table.

When downloading reports in bulk, you can now choose exactly which reports to include, including competency reports and the summary report.

The “Assign/Unassign” buttons have been renamed to “Show/Hide Reports from users” to better reflect their function. You can now also bulk-manage the visibility of competency reports, making them visible to users all at once.

“Invite date” column is now included by default in the user tables for all invite campaigns,

Users are now limited to three hints per assessment. After the third hint is used, the hint button will be disabled for the remainder of the assessment.

A 60-second time limit has been implemented for each question.

Since users can now use a maximum of three hints, the hint ratio will be 33, 67, or 100, depending on how many hints they use during the assessment.

When a competency report is added while editing a campaign’s report visibility, the competency report visibility is automatically updated to ensure all users in the campaign can view it.
