Updated over 2 weeks ago

Overview

Data management settings help you stay compliant and keep your account tidy. From setting how long assessment data is retained to automatically removing inactive users, you’re in full control.

Key benefits

  • Control how long assessment data is stored

  • Automatically clean up inactive user accounts

  • Support compliance and internal data policies

Configure assessment data retention policy

  1. Navigate to “Settings” → “Data management”.

  2. In “Assessment data retention policy”, choose a retention period between 1 and 5 years.

Once you select a retention period, assessment results older than the selected period will be permanently deleted.

Important: This setting only affects assessment results. User accounts will remain active, and assessments will stay assigned, but previous results will no longer be available.

Automatically delete inactive users

  1. Navigate to “Settings” → “Data management”.

  2. Enable Delete inactive users.

When this option is turned on, users marked as inactive are automatically deleted after 30 days.

Users can be marked as inactive in the following ways:

Tip: This is a great way to keep your account clean and reduce manual user management over time.
