Deeper Signals

To configure data management settings for your account, navigate to “Settings” - “Data Management”.

Here, you can set a data retention period ranging from 1 to 5 years. Assessment results older than the selected period will be permanently deleted. The corresponding assessments will remain assigned to users, but their previous results will no longer be available.

<b>Note:</b> <i>This only affects assessment data. User accounts themselves will not be deleted.</i>

When this option is enabled, users marked as inactive will be automatically deleted 30 days after being set to inactive. Users can be marked as inactive in two ways:

If they are listed as inactive in the HRIS file uploaded to our platform.
