At Deeper Signals, we started with a simple mission: to help people understand themselves and to turn those insights into action. We knew that traditional assessments offered static reports, complex language, and provided little more than reflection without real direction.

We built Deeper Signals to change that: to make self-awareness accessible and actionable. Our platform delivers fast, fair, and predictive assessments that highlight what really drives people at work. They are designed to help people understand how they think, collaborate, and lead.

Sola is the next step in that mission.

Sola is an AI-powered assessment assistant that turns assessment data into personalized, real-time guidance. It’s designed to help you take action, whether you're trying to understand your own Core Drivers, preparing for a hiring decision, giving feedback, or leading a team through change.

Sola uses assessment results to:

  • Break down what the data actually means

  • Recommend the best next steps based on context

  • Deliver coaching advice, interview guides, development plans, and more

It doesn’t just deliver insights, it delivers insights you can use right when you need them. Sola helps you bring soft skills to life across your people decisions, without extra time, facilitation, or guesswork.

How to write prompts effectively

Sola is built to respond to clear, practical questions, the kind you'd ask a coach, analyst, or people leader. Here are a few simple tips to make your prompts more effective.

Be clear and specific

Include context like your role, the goal you’re working toward, or a key behavior you’re trying to understand.

“What should I do with this report?

Ask one thing at a time

Sola works best when focused. Break big questions into smaller steps if needed.

Use plain language

No need for formal prompts or perfect wording.
