What’s new
USER - DYNAMO LEARNING
Dynamo tab has been renamed to “Dynamo Learning” and the updated UX/UI ensures smoother navigation and improved usability. After users start a new goal, they now have the option to review all goal cards immediately. Goal duration selection remains available for personal accountability, but progression is no longer restricted by it.
“Dynamo Learning” now integrates both “Dynamo development goals” and “Learning Journeys”, which have been renamed to “Core Driver Workouts”.
Users can start their Dynamo goals even before completing the Core Drivers assessment. In this case, goal suggestions will be provided randomly. Once the Core Drivers assessment is completed, goal recommendations will be personalized based on the user’s individual drivers.
Users can now retake the Core Drivers assessment even while Dynamo goal is in progress.
What’s improved
ADMIN - SETTINGS - MANAGE ROLES AND PERMISSIONS - ADD NEW ROLE
Permissions have been updated and renamed for improved clarity. A new “Sola Admin” permission has been added - when enabled for a role, it grants that admin access to Sola.
ADMIN - SETTINGS - MANAGE COMPETENCIES
You can now select/deselect all competencies with one click and disable/enable them in bulk. Additionally, each competency can be duplicated individually for quicker customization.
Competencies inherited from the parent account can’t be edited on child accounts anymore to prevent accidental edits.
ADMIN - CAMPAIGNS - NEW INVITE CAMPAIGN - CANDIDATE SELECTION
When creating a new hiring campaign, the competency selection step now clearly separates custom competencies from default competencies for better organization and usability.
What’s fixed
ADMIN - ASSESSMENT & REPORTS - SUMMARY
If the Account Owner has configured the settings to display competency scores as levels, then the competency scores in the “Summary” will also appear as levels.
