DS Platform updates (September 08, ‘25)

Release notes for Sep 08, 2025 - an overview of DS Platform updates, improvements, and fixes across the product.

Updated over 3 weeks ago

What’s new

All Users sidebar in Deeper Signals

ADMIN - ALL USERS

  • In the “All users” table, clicking on a user row now opens a side panel with a summary of their scores on assigned assessments and/or competencies. The “View Report” button opens the selected assessment report side panel, and the “Full profile” button opens the user’s complete profile.

ADMIN - ANALYTICS - NEW CHART

  • Account Owners can now choose from a predefined list of chart templates when creating new charts on the dashboard. Once a template is selected, the chart builder is pre-populated with the fields and settings from that template. Users can then adjust the chart settings as needed and save the chart.

ADMIN - USER PROFILE - USER SETTINGS - TRIGGER PASSWORD SETUP

  • A new option “Trigger Password Setup” allows admins to send an email prompting a user to set up their password.

ADMIN - USER PROFILE - PERSONAL DETAILS - UPDATE EMAIL ADDRESS

  • When updating a user’s email address, admins can now choose to send a password setup email to the new address. Two options are available after updating the email:

  1. Save and Send – Saves the new email address and sends a password setup email.

  2. Save without Sending – Saves the new email address without sending a password setup email.

KNOWLEDGE BASE - DIGITAL COACH

  • After removing the Digital Coach section from the Core Drivers report, we received feedback from some users who missed having access to those additional resources. To address this, we’ve created a new article that brings all of those resources together in one place. Since some of the original articles were behind a paywall, we’ve replaced them with free alternatives that cover the same topics. You can find them all in Digital Coach resources.

What’s improved

Assessment completion screen with Next Assessment and Get Your Results buttons

USER - HOME - CURRENT TASK

  • If a user is invited to complete multiple assessments, once they finish the first one they can choose to either proceed to take the next assessment or get their results, which will take them to the home dashboard.

ADMIN - SOLA

  • We’ve added new search features to the admin side of Sola. Admins can now use Sola to:

  1. Filter results by tags

    • Any search you run in Sola can now be refined using tags.

    • Examples:

      • In the marketing tag, find people who are strong communicators and comfortable engaging with others.

      • In the EMEA tag, find someone who would make a good tutor for me.

  2. Search users by Core Drivers and Core Values

    • You can directly search for users with specific CD or CV parameters, or phrase questions that naturally lead to these searches.

    • Examples:

      • Find people whose personalities would complement Tori Skinner’s team.

      • Compare the most candid people in the marketing team with those in the development team.

  3. Search users by job role fit

    • Quickly identify who is best suited for specific roles.

    • Examples:

      • Who would be the best fit for agricultural technician roles in the EMEA tag?

      • Who is the most suited for software development roles in the marketing team?

ADMIN - CAMPAIGNS - MANAGE USERS - USER PROFILE - SCORES

  • Inside a campaign, clicking on a user row now shows an updated “Scores” tab layout (for users who have completed the assessment). The new design improves clarity and matches the side panel layout in the “All users” table.

  • For users with an “Unused” status, the “Remove from campaign” button has been replaced with “View summary” when viewing their profile.

What’s fixed

LOGIN WITH SSO

  • If an inactive user attempts to log in via SSO, they will be redirected to the login page with a message explaining why the login attempt failed.

ADMIN - SETTINGS - MANAGE COMPETENCIES - SEARCH

  • The previous three-character minimum for search has been removed. It is now possible to search for competencies with names containing only one or two letters.
