What’s new
ADMIN - SETTINGS - MANAGE COMPETENCIES - ADD NEW CATEGORY
You can now create competency categories to better organize competencies in the summary view.
Unscored categories: appear as a title with grouped competencies beneath them in the Summary tab.
Scored categories: function like a competency themselves, with sub-competencies nested below. They display their own score calculation (not an aggregate of sub-competencies).
Visibility rules:
Category + all competencies enabled → shown under User Summary and Quick User Access.
Category enabled + competency disabled → the disabled competency will not be shown under that category.
Category enabled + all competencies disabled → the category title still shows. If a category is set as scored, a score will be displayed next to the category title.
Category disabled + competencies enabled → the category won’t show, competencies will show.
👉 Categories created at a parent account level can be shared with all child accounts.
ADMIN - SETTINGS - MANAGE COMPETENCIES - COMPETENCIES REPORTS
We’ve enhanced competency reports with greater flexibility and control:
Renamed: Competency report categories are now called Report Sections.
Descriptions: Add context to each section with a custom description.
Connections: Link a report section to a competency or category—if linked, the score will display in the report.
Top Results: Focus your reports on only the highest-scoring competencies. Toggle this option on and set how many top results you’d like to display. Example: If your competency model includes 10 competencies, you can choose to highlight just the top 3 competencies where each user scored the highest.
One Feedback per Page: When enabled, each feedback item (report content for each competency) is displayed on its own page in the PDF version of the report.
