ADMIN - USER PROFILE - ASSESSMENT & REPORTS - GENERATE NEW SUMMARY
Summarize results: You can now generate AI-powered summaries of all assessment results for each user.
Availability: The AI summary feature is available to accounts with the Sola Admin feature enabled and to admins with Sola access permissions.
Included in downloads: When you click “Download summary,” the AI-generated summary will be included alongside other assessment summaries.
Keep it current: If assessment data changes (e.g., a new assessment is added, competencies are updated, an assessment is retaken, or deleted), you’ll need to generate a new summary to reflect the latest results.
USER - ACCESSIBILITY WIDGET
More accessible experiences: Users can now access an Accessibility Widget to adjust visual and interaction settings for a more inclusive experience.
Predefined profiles: Choose from accessibility profiles such as Motor Impaired, Blind, Color Blind, Dyslexia, Low Vision, Cognitive & Learning, Seizure & Epileptic, or ADHD.
Custom settings: Alternatively, users can fine-tune settings like Screen Reader compatibility, Contrast Adjustment, Bigger Text, and more to suit their needs.
What’s improved
ADMIN - CAMPAIGNS - MY CAMPAIGNS
New “My Campaigns” tab: You can now view all campaigns you’ve created in one place - making it easier to find your campaigns when multiple admins are active on the same account.
ADMIN/USER - SOLA
Floating window: Sola now opens in a movable floating window, allowing you to position it anywhere on your screen. This is especially useful when viewing Sola alongside other content, such as user or team reports.
Prompt categories: Sola’s prompt suggestions are now organized into predefined categories, helping you find the right prompt faster and more intuitively.
USER - ASSESSMENT
When taking an assessment, if the “Feel Stuck” modal appears (after taking too long to respond), it will no longer reappear after the user clicks “Dismiss”.
What’s fixed
ADMIN - CAMPAIGNS
Edit campaign name: The issue with the pencil icon not working has been resolved.
UAC filters: Admins with active UAC filters can now always see the campaigns they’ve created.
Customize invite email: Additional body text is now correctly displayed in the email preview.
