What’s new

USER/ADMIN - SOLA

  • Sola chat history is now available to both users and admins. To access it, click the clock icon in the Sola chat window.

ADMIN - DASHBOARD

  • We're introducing mobile view for the admin dashboard, “All users” table, and “Campaigns”. In upcoming updates, we'll add mobile view for “Teams”, “Analytics”, “Settings”, and all other platform features.


What's improved

ADMIN - DASHBOARD

  • The language button has been moved from the “Account” tab to the dashboard for easier access.

ADMIN - ALL USERS

  • Filters applied in the All users table now remain active after viewing a user profile or navigating to a different page and returning.

ADMIN - USER PROFILE - ASSESSMENT & REPORTS

  • To align with other scores in the user summary and quick user access, scored categories are now rounded to whole numbers.

ADMIN/USER - SOLA

  • Sola's prompt communication standards have been updated for clearer phrasing and improved tone to enhance user experience.

USER - ASSESSMENT

  • The intro text showing assessment duration has been updated - Core Drivers now shows 7 minutes and Core Logical Reasoning shows 20 minutes.

  • The intro screen text about hints on the Core Logical Reasoning Assessment has been updated to clarify that using hints won't affect results.

  • On all scale assessments, the scale description now appears above each response.


What’s fixed

USER (MANAGER) - SOLA

  • Managers can now ask Sola about team members if they have access to their team report and the team member hasn't restricted their team data.

ADMIN - SETTINGS - INTEGRATIONS - SAML SETUP

  • Existing playbooks can now be deleted without triggering an invalid request error.
