Overview
When you add a new team, the platform generates different Core Drivers reports depending on whether the team has a manager assigned.
Key benefits / use cases
Manager assigned: Get both a team report view and a group report view for broader context
No manager: Keep reporting focused solely on the team’s Core Drivers
Clear comparisons: See manager vs. team differences when a manager is assigned
Reporting
If the team has a manager: The platform creates two reports — Core Drivers Team Report and Core Drivers Group Report.
If the team has no manager: The platform creates only one team report.
