Update your privacy settings

Manage your security, shared links, and Teams data visibility.

Updated this week

Overview

Your Privacy settings allow you to control how your data is accessed and shared.

From enabling two-factor authentication to restricting Teams visibility, you’re in control of your account security and data privacy.

How to access privacy settings

  1. Click Account in the bottom-left corner of the platform

  2. Select View profile

  3. Open the Privacy settings tab

Two-factor authentication (2FA)

Add an extra layer of security to your account.

Enable Two-factor authentication to protect your login with an additional verification step.

When enabled:

  • You’ll need to install Google Authenticator on your phone

  • Scan the QR code provided

  • Enter the verification code during login

This ensures only you can access your account — even if someone knows your password.

Delete my shared links

Disable all active shared report links.

Use this option to:

  • Immediately deactivate previously shared report links

  • Prevent others from accessing your shared reports

This is useful if you no longer want previously shared reports to be accessible.

Restrict my Teams data

Control how your data appears in Teams reports.

Toggle this setting to:

  • Hide your scores from Teams reports

  • Remove your manager’s access to your coaching report
