USER/ADMIN - CHAT WITH SOLA
Sola Infrastructure Upgrade: Major upgrade focused on transparency, reliability, and smoother interactions. Improves context handling across longer conversations, enhances search and retrieval to surface more relevant information, and introduces more seamless error handling to reduce interruptions.
Sola now supports file uploads: You can upload up to three files per prompt, making it easier to use Sola to analyze resumes, job descriptions, interview transcripts, performance review documents, 360 reports, and more. After selecting a file from your device, Sola processes the uploaded document and provides structured analysis results tailored to the document type. Instead of piecing information together manually, Sola helps you connect the dots across sources and make more consistent, evidence-based decisions.
ADMIN - SETTINGS - ACCOUNT SETTINGS - MANAGE ROLES AND PERMISSIONS - ACCESS AUTOMATION - BULK ASSIGN FILTERS
Account Owners can now bulk-assign access control filters to users. This eliminates the need to manually assign UAC filters for each admin.
ADMIN - ANALYTICS - ADD FILTER
You can now build more flexible Analytics filters by combining conditions using AND and OR logic. When setting or refining Analytics queries, select the logical operator that best fits your needs to control how multiple conditions are evaluated.
What’s improved
ADMIN - TEAMS - TEAM REPORT ACCESS
Team Manager access toggles now display as Full Access and Limited Access, with updated descriptions to clarify that these options are mutually exclusive—only one can be selected at a time. Existing report visibility logic remains unchanged. Team members can view the Team report only if the manager also has access.
USER/ADMIN - TEAM REPORT - TEAM COGNITIVE DIVERSITY CHART
We’ve updated the Team Cognitive Diversity chart in the team report to make insights clearer. Data is now grouped into intuitive ranges (e.g., 70–80, 80–90), making patterns easier to read. This adjustment makes it easier for you to interpret the distribution of scores across your team.
ADMIN - ALL USERS - EDIT COLUMNS
Two new columns can now be added to the All users table. The TEAMS (MEMBER) column shows which team(s) the user is part of as a team member. The TEAM (MANAGER) column shows whether the user is a manager of any team(s). You can use these columns to filter users by team.
ADMIN - ALL USERS - USER PROFILE - ASSESSMENT & REPORTS - GENERATE SUMMARY
The button previously labeled "Generate new summary" is now updated to "Generate summary" for improved clarity.
ADMIN - SETTINGS - MANAGE ROLES AND PERMISSIONS - ACCOUNT OWNER - VIEW - PERMISSIONS
“Manage Hiring Job Roles” permission has been added to the Account Owner role as default, so that they can add new job roles if needed and manage existing ones (update them and disable/enable them if needed).
“Assign team report library to account” permission has been removed from the Account Owner role.
USER - DYNAMO LEARNING
The Core Driver Workouts section in the Dynamo Learning page is now presented as an accordion that is collapsed by default. Users can expand the section to view available workouts. The workouts are only available to users who have completed the Core Drivers Assessment and have access to their report.
Per-card feedback prompts have been removed and feedback is now displayed only on the final card before goal completion. The existing emoji reactions for rating each goal have been retained. The feedback message is updated to read, “Was this goal helpful? We’d love your feedback.”
USER - START ASSESSMENT
Intro image assets in all assessments have been replaced with language-neutral versions, ensuring compatibility across all supported languages.
