Whitelisting & Network Configuration Guide

This article outlines the recommended whitelisting and network settings required to ensure uninterrupted access to the Deeper Signals platform, including system emails and AI assistant functionality.

1. Application & Domain Whitelisting

To ensure full platform access, please allow outbound traffic to one of the following:

deepersignals.com (covers all services and subdomains)

Alternatively:


Note: Whitelisting the main domain is the simplest and most future-proof option.


2. VPN & Rate-Limiting Considerations

If your organization uses a VPN or shared outbound IP address, please note:

  • Our platform is protected by a firewall rate-limiting to prevent abuse and DDoS attacks

  • Multiple users accessing the platform from the same IP address may unintentionally trigger these limits


Action required: Please inform Deeper Signals of your VPN's public outbound IP address(es) so we can whitelist them on our side.


3. System Email Delivery

System emails are sent from:

If your organization applies strict email filtering, please whitelist the deepersignals.com domain at the email gateway level.

Recommended Alternative (Best Practice)

We strongly recommend enabling Email Domain Customization, which allows system emails to be sent directly from your own company domain.

This significantly improves deliverability and avoids spam or quarantine issues.


4. Sola (AI Assistant) Streaming Requirements

To ensure proper operation of Sola, our AI assistant, please allow the following endpoint and settings:

Connection must remain open to support long-lived streaming responses


Note: Firewalls, proxies, or security appliances must allow persistent connections for this endpoint.
