Note: Whitelisting the main domain is the simplest and most future-proof option.
2. VPN & Rate-Limiting Considerations
If your organization uses a VPN or shared outbound IP address, please note:
Our platform is protected by a firewall rate-limiting to prevent abuse and DDoS attacks
Multiple users accessing the platform from the same IP address may unintentionally trigger these limits
Action required: Please inform Deeper Signals of your VPN's public outbound IP address(es) so we can whitelist them on our side.

Recommended Alternative (Best Practice)
We strongly recommend enabling Email Domain Customization, which allows system emails to be sent directly from your own company domain.

To ensure proper operation of Sola, our AI assistant, please allow the following endpoint and settings:
