ADMIN - ALL USERS TABLE
The All Users Table has been completely redesigned to deliver a faster, more intuitive, and more efficient user experience.
What’s new:
Floating Action Toolbar for Bulk Actions
Previously, bulk actions required additional navigation after selecting users. With the new floating action toolbar, relevant actions appear instantly whenever one or more rows are selected.
This keeps key actions — such as tagging, downloading reports, and other bulk operations — always visible and within reach, creating a more responsive and streamlined workflow.
Infinite Scroll
We’ve introduced Infinite Scroll to improve navigation through large datasets.
Instead of manually switching between pages, additional users now load automatically as you scroll through the table. This creates a smoother browsing experience and significantly reduces interruptions when working with high-volume data.
Advanced Filtering
Filtering capabilities have been significantly expanded with new Advanced Filters.
You can now use a wider range of filter operators, including:

You can also define the logic between multiple filters using AND and OR conditions, enabling more precise and flexible filtering workflows.
Table Sorting
Sorting has now been added across all available columns.
You can quickly organize data in the way that best fits your workflow, making it easier to find and analyze information directly within the table.
Resizable table columns
You can now drag column borders to adjust table widths and customize your workspace layout.
ADMIN - CAMPAIGNS - NEW INVITE CAMPAIGN / CAMPAIGN SETTINGS - ADDITIONAL SETTINGS - NOTIFY ON COMPLETION
A new Notify on Completion setting is now available both in the final step of campaign creation and in the Campaign Settings panel. You can enable the toggle and select admins who will receive an email notification each time a participant finishes an assessment.
ADMIN - TEAMS - TEAM REPORT ACCESS & NOTIFICATIONS
The Notify on Completion setting is now available for Teams.
When enabled, managers will automatically receive an email notification once a team member completes all assessments required for the team report.
The setting can be enabled:
during team creation
or when updating existing team settings
Note: This setting is only available for teams that have a manager assigned.
ADMIN - SETTINGS - SOLA
New settings have been added for managing file uploads within Sola. Both settings are enabled by default for all existing accounts.
Enable File Uploads for Admins — When enabled, admins can upload files in Sola.
Enable File Uploads for Users — When enabled, users can upload files in Sola. This setting requires admin file uploads to also be enabled.
Note: Only Account Owners or admins with the “Manage Sola Settings” permission can manage these settings.
ADMIN - SETTINGS - ASSESSMENTS
New settings have been added to manage report sharing and PDF downloads for users. Both settings are enabled by default for all existing accounts.
Allow Report Sharing — When enabled, users can generate a public share link for their own report. When disabled, the Share Link option is hidden from the report view.
Allow Report PDF Download — When enabled, users can download their report as a PDF. When disabled, the Download PDF option is hidden.
What’s improved
ADMIN - DASHBOARD - VIEW AS USER
The button previously labeled “Switch to Deeper self” has been renamed to “View as User” for improved clarity.
ADMIN - CAMPAIGNS - INVITE
We improved the invitation flow to provide better visibility when processing a large number of invites.
After sending invites, a status message will appear within the campaign: “Processing your invitations. This may take a moment.” This message remains visible while invitations are being processed and disappears automatically once processing is complete.
New email invite uploads for the same campaign will be temporarily disabled until the current invitation batch has finished processing.
We also added a safeguard for unsaved changes. If you add email addresses but attempt to close the invite editor without clicking Send, a confirmation dialog will appear, warning that your changes will not be saved.
The system now automatically trims leading and trailing spaces from email addresses uploaded via CSV (for example, an accidental space after an email address). This helps prevent unnecessary validation errors and ensures email uploads are processed more smoothly.
ADMIN - CAMPAIGNS - MANAGE USERS - EMAIL STATUS
We added a new Email Status column to the user table within campaigns for improved visibility into email invite delivery outcomes.
Email status types
Sent — the invitation email was successfully delivered
Failed — the invitation email could not be delivered
Empty — the user was invited via invite link instead of email
USER/ADMIN - ACCOUNT - VIEW PROFILE - MAIN INFO - PERSONAL DETAILS
Your account email address is now visible directly within the Personal details section, eliminating the need to open the update window to view it.
ADMIN - SETTINGS - USAGE & BILLING - POINT OF CONTACT
For subscription accounts, the Account Owner designated as the point of contact can no longer be deleted until a new billing contact has been assigned. If you attempt to delete this user, a warning message will appear prompting you to update the point of contact before proceeding.
What’s fixed
TEAM REPORTS - PDF DOWNLOAD
When you download the Team and Group reports, each file now has a unique name, making them easier to tell apart.
ADMIN - HIRING CAMPAIGNS - MANAGE USERS
The “Hire” button is no longer available for candidates whose status is “Unused”. The bulk Hire option will now also be disabled if any selected candidate has an “Unused” status.
ADMIN - ANALYTICS
Values that previously appeared cut off or outside chart boundaries now display correctly, regardless of screen size or resolution.
