Base email template: Define a shared header and footer once. The header automatically shows your account logo if you have it uploaded, with optional header text beneath it. The footer supports up to three links plus custom footer text.

Campaign email templates: Create and edit custom emails sent for each invite campaign. We have also introduced inherited email templates, which means if you’re managing multiple child accounts, you can now share email templates from your parent account with the child accounts.

Inherited email templates: Administrators managing multiple child accounts can now share email templates across their account hierarchy. Simply enable the “Available to Child Accounts” option on a template to make it accessible to all child accounts, reducing duplicate template management.

System email templates: System emails can no longer be edited, only viewed. If you had custom system emails created, those are no longer available as all system emails are now replaced with the default ones. Instead, you can use notification settings to select which email template should be used by default for each campaign workflow action.

Multi-language support: For each email template, you can easily add translations for each available language.

A new Research Participation toggle lets users opt in or out of future research participation at any time. By default, this toggle is set to off.

We've updated the platform's design across the sign-in page, admin, and user interface. The interface is now cleaner, more modern, with visually consistent layouts, navigation, buttons, and forms across all areas of the product.

We've redesigned the Admin Dashboard with a cleaner, more intuitive layout, simplifying navigation and bringing the most commonly used workflows directly to the home screen.

We've added search to the language selector, allowing users to quickly find and select their preferred language from the available options.

We removed the confusing “Both” option from yes/no filters (e.g. “Active” or “Two Factor Enabled”). Only “Yes and “No” values are now available.

The authentication code field is now automatically focused when the 2FA screen appears, making sign-in faster and more seamless.
