Overview

The Assessments settings allow administrators to control how participants interact with assessments and reports.

From this page, you can choose whether participants complete demographic questions, retake assessments, share their reports publicly, or download reports as PDFs.

These settings apply across your account.

Key benefits

  • Control the assessment experience for all participants

  • Decide whether assessments can be retaken

  • Manage how reports are shared

  • Allow or restrict report downloads

  • Collect additional demographic information when needed

Access assessment settings

To configure your assessment settings:

  1. Go to Settings.

  2. Select Assessments.

From here, you can enable or disable each option using the toggle switch.

Configure assessment options

Enable additional questions after assessment

When enabled, participants are asked to complete additional demographic questions after finishing their assessment.

The demographic questionnaire includes the following fields:

  • Gender

  • Ethnicity

  • Age

  • Country

  • Company

  • Job Level

  • Current area of occupation

  • Industry you work in

  • Job Title

Important: The demographic questionnaire is built into the platform and cannot be customized. You cannot add, remove, rename, or reorder the questions.

Note: Even when this setting is enabled, participants are not required to complete the demographic questionnaire. They can skip any or all of the questions and continue to their results.

Allow Assessment Retakes

Enable this option to allow users to retake completed assessments.

When disabled, users can only complete each assessment once.

Important: This setting applies only to standard users. Candidates cannot retake assessments even if this setting is enabled.

Allow Report Sharing

Enable this option to allow users and candidates to create a public sharing link for their reports.

When disabled, the Share option is removed from user reports.

Note: Anyone with the public link can view the shared report.

Allow Report PDF Download

Enable this option to allow users and candidates to download their reports as PDF files.

When disabled, the download option is removed from user reports.

Note: This setting only affects user and candidate access and does not prevent administrators with the appropriate permissions from downloading reports.
