ADMIN - USAGE HUB (BETA)
Account Owners now have access to the new Usage Hub – a centralized dashboard that provides an overview of account activity and platform usage.
With a selectable 7, 30, or 90-day date range, Usage Hub allows you to quickly review key metrics, including:
Total users
New registrations during the selected period
Completed assessments
Active campaigns
Registration trends over time
Completed assessments by assessment library
Campaign progress (invited, in progress, and completed participants)
Team counts
As this feature is currently in beta, you may see additional improvements and enhancements based on user feedback.
ADMIN - SETTINGS - MANAGE ROLES AND PERMISSIONS
A new View Usage Hub permission has been added to role permissions.
By default, Usage Hub is available to Account Owners, but you can now create custom admin roles with the View Usage Hub permission to grant access to additional administrators as needed.
What’s improved
ADMIN - SETTINGS - NOTIFICATIONS - CAMPAIGN EMAIL TEMPLATES
We've made several improvements to the Campaign Email Templates to make creating and managing templates more intuitive.
Managing templates is now more streamlined with several usability enhancements:
Template names can now be edited directly from the template editing screen.
Hovering over a truncated template name displays the full name in a tooltip.
Clicking the Edit icon now opens the entire template editor, rather than only allowing you to rename the template.
The Create Template button is now always visible and follows the same styling as other action buttons across the platform.
Merge tag labels are aligned so the same field is referred to consistently between the editor and the finished template, avoiding confusion when building emails.
ADMIN - ALL USERS
Updated the icon displayed in column headers for text-based fields to improve clarity and make it easier to distinguish from other field types.
Improved the Select All experience for large user lists. After selecting all users on the current page, you'll now have the option to select the entire dataset, making it easier to perform bulk actions.
What’s fixed
ADMIN - ANALYTICS - INSIGHTS
Improved the readability of scatter charts by adding additional spacing between chart titles and the first data value, making charts easier to scan at a glance.
Expanded translations for Core Drivers and Core Values chart dimensions, providing a more consistent localized experience and reducing instances where translated and untranslated labels appeared together within the same view.
ADMIN - SETTINGS - CAMPAIGNS, USERS AND TEAMS - MANAGE COMPETENCIES - ADD NEW
We've fixed an issue where it wasn't possible to enter numeric values into a competency formula when the platform language was set to Italian. Competency formulas now work as expected across all supported languages.
ADMIN - CAMPAIGNS - INVITE
Added validation for first and last names when inviting users by email. Names entered manually or uploaded via CSV are now checked for unsupported special characters, helping prevent issues caused by invalid name formatting.
