Overview
After creating a campaign, you can update its settings at any time. You can rename the campaign, change the available reports, and update campaign tags.
Important: Once you have sent invitations, you can no longer change the assessments assigned to the campaign. If you need to send different assessments, create a new campaign.
Rename a campaign
To change the campaign name:
Open the campaign.
Click the pencil icon next to the campaign name.
Enter the new name.
Save your changes.
Update campaign reports
You can change which reports are available for participants at any time.
To update reports:
Open the campaign.
Go to the Reports tab.
Click Edit.
Select the reports you want to make available.
Save your changes.
You'll then be asked whether you want to apply the changes to existing participants.
Select Yes to update all participants in the campaign, including those who have already completed their assessments.
Select No to apply the changes only to participants invited after the update.
Example: If no reports were previously published and you add a report, choosing Yes immediately publishes that report for everyone who has already completed the assessment.
Update campaign tags
You can also update the tags assigned to a campaign.
After editing the tags, choose whether to apply the changes to:
All participants currently in the campaign
Future participants invited after the change
Selecting Yes updates the tags for everyone already in the campaign.
Selecting No applies the new tags only to future participants.
