Overview
Within each campaign, you can set up automatic reminders for users who haven't completed their assigned assessments.
You can choose how often reminders are sent, how many reminders each user can receive, and which user groups should receive them.

You can send automatic reminders to the following groups:
Unused: Users who haven't registered yet
Signed up: Users who have registered but haven't started an assessment
In progress: Users who are currently taking an assessment or haven't completed all assigned assessments
How automatic reminders work
The number of reminders you select is the total number of reminders each eligible user can receive, while the frequency determines how often they're sent.
For example, if you set 5 reminders to be sent daily to the Unused and Signed up groups, eligible users will receive one reminder per day, up to five reminders in total.
Reminders are only sent while a user belongs to one of the selected groups. If their status changes to a group that isn't selected, they'll stop receiving reminders.
For example, if you've selected Unused and Signed up, a user will stop receiving reminders once their status changes to In progress.
Note: Users also stop receiving reminders once they complete their assessments. So, if you set five reminders and a user completes their assessments after receiving two, the remaining three won't be sent.
