Download and share a team report

Save your Team or Group report as a PDF, or give managers and team members access to it on the platform.

Overview

Download the Team report or Group report as a PDF and bring it into a debrief, an offsite, or a one-on-one. Or give the manager and team members access so they can explore the report online.

Key benefits / use cases

  • Team debriefs: Walk the team through their shared profile in a session

  • Offline sharing: Share insights with stakeholders who don't have platform access

  • Record keeping: Save a snapshot of the team's results at a point in time

  3. Open the Reports tab.

  4. Click PDF↓.

How to share a team report

There are two ways to share a team report. Give people access on the platform so they always see the latest results, or send them the report link.

Share access on the platform

Give the team manager, team members, or both access to the report. They'll find it on their own dashboard, and it updates automatically as more people complete the assessment.

  1. Go to Teams.

  2. Hover over the team you want to update.

  3. Click the settings icon next to the team you want to update.

  4. Choose who can see the report:

    • Team Manager — Full Access: The manager sees the report and individual results

    • Team Manager — Limited Access: The manager can see only team-level results, not individual results.

    • Team members: Team members can view the team report but cannot access the individual results of other team members.

    • No one: Only admins can see the report

Important: Team members can only see the team report if the manager also has access.

Share the team report link

  1. Go to Teams.

  2. Click the team name to open the team report.

  3. Open the Reports tab.

  4. Click the Share icon to generate a shareable report link.

Troubleshooting

  • The report isn't available yet: A team report appears once the manager and at least one team member complete the Core Drivers assessment. For teams without a manager, one completed team member is enough.

  • A manager or team member can't see the report: Check the team's access settings with the settings icon in Teams. Team members also need the manager to have access.

  • Some team members' results are missing: Team members who turned on Restrict my Teams data are removed from the individual results, but their scores are still included in the team overview.

  • I can't see individual results as a manager: An admin may have turned on Team Manager — Limited Access for this team.

FAQs

What's the difference between the Team report and the Group report?

The Team report compares the manager's Core Drivers with the team's. The Group report focuses only on the team's Core Drivers and counts the manager as a team member. Teams without a manager only have a Group report.

Should I share access or send the PDF?

Share access when the manager or team uses the platform. They'll always see the latest results. Send the PDF when someone doesn't have a platform account, or when you want a snapshot from a specific date.

Does the PDF update when more people complete the assessment?

No. The online report updates automatically, but a PDF is a snapshot of the moment you download it. Download a new copy to see the latest results.

Who can download a team report?

Admins can download any team report from the Teams tab. Team managers and team members can download it from their dashboard if they have access.

Can I download reports for all my teams at once?

Not as PDFs. You can export scores for all teams as a .csv file by clicking Download team scores in the Teams tab.
