About the Team Dynamics Report

Using your team’s responses on the Core Drivers Diagnostic, the Team Dynamics Report describes their collective strengths and blindspots, how you can align your leadership style to the group profile, and coaching suggestions to maximize the team’s effectiveness.

The purpose of this report is to give you a deeper understanding and appreciation of the unique strengths and challenges of your team. With this understanding, you can then develop strategies to help the team, and each member, realize its full potential.

Team Dynamics Privacy Controls

Your team members have the ability to opt-out of including their Core Drivers in the Team Dynamics report and prevent managers from accessing their feedback reports. This empowers individuals with enhanced privacy and ensures that the Deeper Signals Platform continues to be fully aligned with your organization's data privacy requirements.

If your team members would like to opt-out, they can do that on their profile by selecting “View Profile” in the “Account” tab.

After they toggle the button, their score visibility will be removed from the Teams report, and their team manager won’t be able to access their coaching report.

Team report settings

Note: To be able to set this up, you need to be an Account Owner.

First, go to “Settings”, navigate to “Manage Teams” and select “Open”.

In this section, you can set the default visibility options for team reports. These settings will automatically apply when a new team is created. You can specify who has access to the report: the team manager only, team members only, both the manager and members, or no one.

While these are the default settings, they can still be modified during team creation. If no changes are made, the default settings will be applied.

Team access control filters

Team access control filters use HRIS integrations to provide specific business units, departments, or regions with access to Team Dynamics reports. That way, you can manage the rollout and use of Team Dynamics reports across your organization.

Note: You can apply these filters using tags, even if the account doesn't have an HRIS integration.

First, specify the HRIS data points (e.g., country, region, department) for accessibility and select “Add filter”. You can select multiple filters.

After you set that up, only administrators matching the HRIS keyword-value pairs will see the Teams menu. For example, if you’ve set your filter to global region - EMEA, and department - Operations and Engineering, users that belong to the EMEA region will be able to access Teams feature, as well as users that belong to Operations and Engineering department.

Users without HRIS data won't have access to the feature.

If the account doesn't have an HRIS integration, you can set up filters using tags. Once applied, only users with the assigned tags will have access to the Teams feature.
