Invite by email

To invite someone to take an assessment through our platform, use the "Invite by email" option. This allows you to use one of the predefined templates, or directly send a follow-up email from our platform to those who have not yet completed an assessment.

Before you can send an email, you must first create an invite campaign. Instructions for doing this can be found in this article.

In order to edit the content of the email to be sent, select the "Customize Email" option.

Here, you can choose the template you want to use, or edit the email subject and body text. Once you have finished, select "Save invite email".

To invite users, input their email, first name, and last name, then click the check mark to add them. You can add as many users as needed.

After adding the emails, click “Preview and send”.

Before sending out email invites, you can see a campaign overview and the email you’re about to send to users. To finish, click “Send emails”.

If you need to invite multiple users at the same time, you can upload a CSV file containing their emails.

To download the template, click the "CSV" button. After uploading the file, click "Import" to complete the process. Once the emails are imported, select “Send email invites” to send the invites.

You can also upload a CSV of emails.


Note: If you receive an error message when uploading your file, it is likely not formatted correctly. To make sure the CSV file is in the correct format, copy the values you want to upload to a Google Spreadsheet, save the spreadsheet as a CSV (Comma-Separated Values) file, and upload that file to the platform.
