Overview

Dynamo is a digital development tool that combines scientific assessments, goal-based development sprints, and personalized coaching journeys. It is designed to:

  • Boost well-being and performance.

  • Enhance collaboration across teams.

  • Strengthen leadership potential.

With Dynamo, you can set customized goals and receive coaching tips to help you grow your talents and effectiveness at work.


How Dynamo works

  1. After completing the Core Drivers assessment, go to the Dynamo Learning tab and select + Start new goal.

  2. Choose from a tailored set of developmental goals aligned with your Core Drivers.

    • These goals are designed to strengthen your professional capabilities, improve teamwork, and expand leadership skills.

    • Note: If you haven’t completed Core Drivers, or if your report hasn’t been shared by your administrator, goal suggestions will appear at random.

  3. Select the duration of your Dynamo goal: 15, 30, 60, or 90 days.

    • The duration is for accountability, but your progress is not restricted by it.

  4. For each goal, you’ll receive six activity cards.

    • Each card includes coaching advice and suggested activities to help you achieve your goal.

    • Mark cards complete as you finish them.

  5. Work on up to three goals simultaneously.

  6. If a goal doesn’t feel relevant, you can skip it early.

  7. Use the reflection option on each card to write down your planned actions and create lasting change.
