Overview
Dynamo is a digital development tool that combines scientific assessments with structured development goals.
It’s designed to:
Boost well-being and performance
Enhance collaboration across teams
Strengthen leadership potential
Support onboarding and growth journeys
With Dynamo, users select personalized goals based on their Core Drivers and receive practical coaching tips to help them grow their talents and effectiveness at work.
Note: Dynamo Learning is available only to active users. It is not available to candidates.
How Dynamo works
After completing the Core Drivers assessment, users can go to the Dynamo Learning tab and select + Start new goal.
Users can select from a tailored set of developmental goals aligned with their Core Drivers results.
These goals are designed to strengthen their professional capabilities, improve teamwork, and expand leadership skills.
Note: If a user hasn’t completed Core Drivers — or if their report hasn’t been shared by an administrator — goal suggestions will appear at random.
Users can select the duration of their Dynamo goal: 15, 30, 60, or 90 days.
The duration is for accountability, but their progress is not restricted by it.
For each goal, they’ll receive six activity cards.
Each card provides coaching advice and practical suggested actions.
Users should mark cards as completed as they finish them.
Users can work on up to three goals simultaneously.
If a goal doesn’t feel relevant, users can skip it early and select a different one.
Each activity card includes a reflection option. Users can write down planned actions and capture insights to reinforce behavior change. Reflection helps turn short-term actions into lasting habits.
