About DynaMo

DynaMo is a digital development tool that integrates scientific assessments, goal-based development sprints, and personalized coaching journeys to boost the well-being, performance, and connectivity of every person in your organization. With DynaMo, users can set customized goals and receive coaching tips every week to help them enhance their talents and effectiveness at work.

If you are an administrator, check if the Dynamo feature is enabled for your account. Get in touch with the Deeper Signals team if you want to learn more!

Note: If the user starts their DynaMo journey, they won’t be able to retake the Core Drivers assessment until they finish their sprint.

How does DynaMo work?

  1. After completing the Core Drivers assessment, users can select "Start Dynamo" from the dashboard to begin their DynaMo Journey. Each DynaMo Journey consists of three consecutive sprints, and each sprint has a specific goal that the user works towards.

  2. To begin their first sprint, users will choose from a set of developmental goals that match their Core Drivers. These goals are carefully designed to improve their professional talents, enhance their team skills, and increase leadership abilities.

  3. Users can select the length of their Dynamo sprint to be 30, 60, or 90 days. It is recommended to choose longer sprints for stretch goals or less time for quick and easily obtainable goals that need a quick boost.

  4. Throughout the duration of their sprint, users will receive six "activity cards" to practice and mark complete. Each activity card will contain coaching advice and suggested activities that have been carefully designed to help them achieve their goal. Depending on the length of the sprint, activity cards will be shared with the user every 5, 10, or 15 days.

  5. Users have the ability to skip or end their DynaMo sprints early if they feel the sprint is not relevant to them.

  6. Once all activity cards have been completed or the chosen sprint length has elapsed, the user can choose a new goal to work on for their second sprint. They will then repeat this process a third time, choosing yet another goal to work towards.

  7. Once all three sprints have ended, the DynaMo Journey is complete. Users are then encouraged to retake the Core Drivers Diagnostic and see how their results have changed and start a new DynaMo Journey, working on new goals.

  8. Users have the option to provide feedback and rate the helpfulness of each card, contributing to a "sprint impact" score that represents the usefulness of the sprint on their professional development.
