Dynamo is a digital development tool that integrates scientific assessments, goal-based development sprints, and personalized coaching journeys to boost the well-being, performance, and connectivity of every person in your organization. With Dynamo, you can set customized goals and receive coaching tips to help you enhance your talents and effectiveness at work.

How it works

  1. After completing the Core Drivers assessment, users can go to the “Dynamo Learning” tab and select "+ Start new goal " to start with their goal.

  2. To begin, users will choose from a set of developmental goals that match their Core Drivers. These goals are carefully designed to improve their professional talents, enhance their team skills, and increase leadership abilities. If users haven’t completed the Core Drivers assessment yet, goal suggestions will be provided randomly.

  3. Users can select the length of their Dynamo goal to be 15, 30, 60, or 90 days. Goal duration selection is there for personal accountability, but progression is not restricted by it.

  4. As part of every goal, users will receive six "activity cards" to practice and mark complete. Each activity card will contain coaching advice and suggested activities that have been carefully designed to help them achieve their goal.

  5. Users can work on up to three new goals simultaneously.

  6. Users have the ability to skip their goal early if they feel the goal is not relevant to them.

  7. Users have the option to reflect on each card and write down what actions they’ll take to create lasting change.
