Overview
Dynamo goals support individual development by helping users focus on behaviors linked to their Core Drivers profile. This article explains how goals are suggested, which goals are available, and what visibility admins have into goal progress.
How are goals suggested?
The platform suggests Dynamo goals based on a user’s Core Drivers profile.
Goals linked to the highest-scoring Core Driver are shown first, followed by goals from the second-highest driver, and so on. Each Core Driver has two available goals, and users may also choose goals associated with their Secondary Drivers.
Note: If a user has not completed the Core Drivers assessment, goal suggestions are shown randomly.
What goals can users choose to develop?
The Dynamo goal library currently includes two goals per Core Driver. Additional goals are in development, and future updates will allow:
Goal mapping to competency frameworks

Can admins see which goals users are working on?
Admins have visibility into Dynamo goal engagement and can see:
Whether a user has started a goal
The number of goals completed
The number of goals in progress
The number of goals skipped
This visibility supports coaching, development planning, and engagement tracking.
