I know someone completed their assessment, but I can’t see them on the platform?

Updated this week

Overview

This is a common issue in large organizations where access control filters are applied to control admin access.

In some cases, the user has completed their assessment, but:

  • You are restricted to viewing a specific region

  • The user belongs to a different region

  • The user has missing HRIS data and is filtered out6

Why you may not see the user

If your account uses access control filters (UAC), you may only be able to see users who match specific criteria, such as:

  • Region (e.g., UK only)

  • Department

  • Country

  • Campaign

  • Tags

If the user does not match those filter values, they will not appear in your view.

If you have an active HRIS integration

  1. Confirm with your IT team and your Deeper Signals Account Owner that the invited user is included in the HRIS file

    Specifically check:

    • The email address matches exactly what is in the HRIS feed

    • Required filtered fields (Region, Department, Country, etc.) are populated

If not, the HRIS feed may need to be updated.

  2. Confirm that your access control filters include the user’s values

    If adjustments are needed:

    • Contact your Account Owner

    • Or reach out to Deeper Signals support for assistance

Once the HRIS data and filters are aligned, the user should appear in your view.

Another possible reason

Some users accidentally complete the free trial version of Core Drivers on the public Deeper Signals website instead of through your campaign invite.

If this happens:

  • Notify Deeper Signals support

  • The team can copy the user’s results into your account
