Using your team’s aggregate responses on the Core Drivers Diagnostic, a Team Dynamics report can be generated. This report describes your team’s collective strengths and blindspots, helps your manager align their leadership style to your group profile, and maximize the team’s effectiveness.

The purpose of this report is to give your manager a deeper understanding and appreciation of the unique strengths and challenges of your team. With this understanding, they can then develop strategies to help the team, and each member, realize its full potential.

As a user, you have the ability to opt-out of including your Core Drivers in the Team Dynamics report and prevent managers from accessing your coaching report. This provides you with enhanced privacy, should you wish.

If you would like to opt-out, you can do that on your profile by selecting “View Profile”>“Privacy settings”>“Restrict my Teams data”.

After you toggle the button, the visibility of your scores will be removed from the Teams report, and your team manager won’t be able to access your coaching report.

Note: Your records will still be accessible to the appointed organization's admins as stipulated by T&C and Privacy Policy.
