About DynaMo

DynaMo is a digital development tool that integrates scientific assessments, goal-based development sprints, and personalized coaching journeys to boost the well-being, performance, and connectivity of every person in your organization. With DynaMo, you can set customized goals and receive coaching tips every week to help you enhance your talents and effectiveness at work.

Note: If you’ve started your DynaMo journey, you won’t be able to retake the Core Drivers assessment until you finish your sprint.

How it works

  1. After completing the Core Drivers assessment, select “Start Dynamo” from your dashboard to begin your DynaMo Journey. Each DynaMo Journey consists of three consecutive sprints, and each sprint has a specific goal that the you work towards.

  2. To begin your first sprint, you can choose from a set of developmental goals that match your Core Drivers. These goals are carefully designed to improve your professional talents, enhance your team skills, and increase leadership abilities.

  3. Select the length of your Dynamo sprint to be 30, 60, or 90 days. People are recommended to take choose longer sprints for stretch goals, or less time for quick and easily obtainable goals that need need a quick boost.

  4. Throughout the duration of your sprint, you will receive six "activity cards" to practice and mark complete. Each activity card will contain coaching advice and suggested activities that have been carefully designed to help you achieve your goal. Depending on the length of the sprint, activity cards will be shared with you every 5, 10, or 15 days.

  5. You have the ability to skip or end your DynaMo sprints early if you feel that sprint is not relevant to you.

  6. Once all activity cards have been completed or the chosen sprint length has elapsed, you can choose a new goal to work on for your second sprint. You can then repeat this process a third time, choosing yet another goal to work towards.

  7. Once all three sprints have ended, the DynaMo Journey is complete. You are then encouraged to retake your Core Drivers and see how your results have changed and start a new DynaMo Journey, working on new goals.

  8. You can provide feedback and rate the helpfulness of each card, contributing to a "sprint impact" score that represents the usefulness of the sprint on your professional development.

Note: You can only access DynaMo if your administrator has published your Core Drivers report.
