About Dynamo Learning
Dynamo is a digital development tool that integrates scientific assessments, goal-based development sprints, and personalized coaching journeys to boost the well-being, performance, and connectivity of every person in your organization. With Dynamo, you can set customized goals and receive coaching tips to help you enhance your talents and effectiveness at work.
How it works
After completing the Core Drivers assessment, you can go to the “Dynamo Learning” tab and select "+ Start new goal " to start with your goal.
To get started, you can select from a tailored set of developmental goals aligned with your Core Drivers. These goals are thoughtfully designed to help you strengthen professional capabilities, enhance collaboration within teams, and grow your leadership potential. If you haven’t completed the Core Drivers assessment yet, or if your report hasn’t been shared by your administrator, goal suggestions will be provided at random.
You can select the length of your Dynamo goal to be 15, 30, 60, or 90 days. Goal duration selection is there for personal accountability, but progression is not restricted by it.
As part of every goal, you will receive six "activity cards" to practice and mark complete. Each activity card will contain coaching advice and suggested activities that have been carefully designed to help you achieve your goal.
You can work on up to three new goals simultaneously.
You have the ability to skip your goal early if you feel the goal is not relevant to you.
You have the option to reflect on each card and write down what actions you’ll take to create lasting change.
