Deeper Signals offers two versions of the Core Drivers report: Core Drivers Pro and Core Drivers.

Core Drivers Pro

The Core Drivers Pro report provides the most comprehensive feedback, with detailed insights into drivers, risks, and leadership.

Features include:

  • Core Drivers & Secondary Drivers section presenting percentile scores for each Core Driver and Secondary Driver.

  • Risk section explaining each identified risk, its severity level, and the behaviors or tendencies to be mindful of.

  • At Work section featuring:

    • a Team Skill and Team Risk overview highlighting the key strengths you bring to a team, along with the potential challenges that may accompany those strengths, and

    • a Leadership section providing guidance on managing risks that could affect leadership effectiveness and decision-making.

  • Sub-Drivers section breaking down the underlying traits and tendencies that shape your overall results and influence how you may be perceived by others.


Core Drivers

The Core Drivers report is a simplified version, focusing on key strengths without risk or leadership detail.

Features include:

  • Focus on the Core Drivers

  • At Work section featuring a Team Skill and Team Risk overview

  • No Secondary Drivers section

  • No Risk section

  • No Leadership section

  • No Sub-Drivers section


When to use Core Drivers vs. Core Drivers Pro

Use Core Drivers when:

  • You want to focus on strengths only (e.g., onboarding)

  • The user is in a less senior role or does not manage others

  • You do not plan to run a 1:1 debrief, and the user’s journey is self-directed

Upgrade to Core Drivers Pro when:

  • The participant has already completed a 1:1 debrief and is ready for deeper insights

  • You are working with senior leaders or executives familiar with assessments

  • You are facilitating executive coaching sessions or workshops that require detailed discussion of results
