Overview

Deeper Signals offers two versions of the Core Drivers report: Core Drivers Pro and Core Drivers.

If you want to upgrade users from one version to the other, see this article for instructions.

Core Drivers Pro

The Core Drivers Pro report provides the most comprehensive feedback, with detailed insights into drivers, risks, and leadership.

Features include:

  • Deeper Dive section with percentile scores for Core Drivers, Core Risks, Sub-Drivers, and Secondary Drivers

  • Core Risks section that explains each risk, shows risk levels, and describes behaviors to monitor

  • Leadership section with guidance on managing risks that may impact leadership and decision making

Core Drivers

The Core Drivers report is a simplified version, focusing on key strengths without risk or leadership detail.

Features include:

  • Focus on the top three Core Drivers (same as Pro)

  • No Deeper Dive section into Sub-Drivers or Secondary Drivers (admins can view this data in the Summary report)

  • No Core Risks section

  • No Leadership section

  • Users still have access to Learning Journeys

When to use Core Drivers vs. Core Drivers Pro

Use Core Drivers when:

  • You want to focus on strengths only (e.g., onboarding)

  • The user is in a less senior role or does not manage others

  • You do not plan to run a 1:1 debrief, and the user’s journey is self-directed

Upgrade to Core Drivers Pro when:

  • The participant has already completed a 1:1 debrief and is ready for deeper insights

  • You are working with senior leaders or executives familiar with assessments

  • You are facilitating executive coaching sessions or workshops that require detailed discussion of results
