We offer five subscription plans: Starter, Lite, Pro, Max, and Enterprise.

Starter is a flexible, pay-as-you-go subscription plan. With this plan, you can use our standard platform features without a monthly fee. Instead, you only pay $79 per user.

Lite, Pro and Max have a fixed monthly or annual price and have been carefully designed to meet the needs of coaches and consulting organizations.

Enterprise packages are reserved for organizations that need a bespoke assessment solution for large cohorts of individuals and teams.

You can purchase a monthly or annual subscription to the Deeper Signals platform. A 10% discount is applied to annual subscriptions. In addition to the subscription, you will be invoiced monthly for any additional users.

For example, if you purchase a Coach subscription for $49 a month, you will get one free user per month. If you would like to have three users, you will be charged $65 per additional user, meaning you will be charged $179 (49+65x2).

If a monthly subscription is purchased, unused complimentary users will accrue and roll over into the next month. If an annual subscription is purchased, all complimentary users are instantly available.

For example, if you purchase a Coach Pro monthly subscription, you get two free users per month. If you only have one user the first month, the following month you'll have three free users. If you purchase a Coach Pro yearly subscription, you'll instantly be able to have 24 free users.

A user is an individual that has been invited to complete any or all Deeper Signals assessments. Unlike traditional vendors, we do not charge per assessment. Instead, each user can complete the Core Drivers and Core Values assessments for a single fee and receive the associated reports.

We do not charge per assessment as we want people to receive deep and multifaceted feedback about their strengths and development opportunities. Our approach removes the cost barrier and allows you to provide multiple assessments to individuals at an affordable price.

As you use the Deeper Signals platform and acquire new users, you will unlock volume discounts. The first 50 users will be charged at $65 per user (Tier 1), the following 50 will be charged at $60 per user (Tier 2), and all other users will be charged at $55 per user (Tier 3).

Free users do not contribute towards your volume discounts. Volume discounts remain available as long as you have an active subscription.

We don't bill per report, but per user. This means you only pay for a registered user, who can obtain multiple reports. Additionally, users can retake the assessment multiple times at no extra charge.

Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your subscription at any time. If you would like to cancel your annual subscription, you will receive a pro-rated refund. If you cancel your annual subscription within the first 30 days you will only be charged for the first month and all active users.

Yes! For as long as you have an active subscription (monthly or annual), unused user licenses will roll over into the next month or year.

Team Dynamics reports are available in each subscription plan and cost an additional $45 per user. To create a Team Dynamics report, each team member must first complete the Core Drivers. Then you will be able to use the Teams feature on the Deeper Signals Platform to generate a Team Dynamics report.
