Privacy settings

Two-factor authentication

Enable two-factor authentication to add an extra layer of security to your account.

When enabled, you’ll need to install Google Authenticator on your phone and scan a QR code to confirm your identity.

Delete my shared links

Use this option to disable all active shared report links.

This is useful if you previously shared a report and no longer want others to access it.

Restrict my Teams data

Toggle this setting to:

  • Hide your scores from Teams reports

  • Remove your manager’s access to your coaching report

Notification settings

If you are an admin user, you can control how often you receive email notifications about assessment completions in your organization.

You can choose to receive notifications:

  • Daily

  • Weekly

  • Monthly

  • Never

Each email includes a summary for the previous period.

Note: You will receive summaries for all users in your organization, not only those you invited. If you use a UAC filter, notifications apply only to users who match that filter.

Dynamo notifications

You can also enable Dynamo notifications to receive email reminders related to your Dynamo goal timing.

Tip: Dynamo notifications help you stay consistent with your development goals.

You can learn more about Dynamo here.
