Overview
After creating your account, you can update your personal information, privacy preferences, and notification settings at any time from your account area.
Access your profile
Click Account in the bottom-left corner of the platform
Select View profile
Main info
In the Main info tab, you can manage your core account details.
You can:
Edit your name
Upload or remove a profile image
Update your email address
Set your timezone
Change your password
Log out from all active sessions
Delete your account
Important: Deleting your account permanently removes your access and data.
Demographics
In the Demographics tab, you can update background information used for reporting and research purposes.
You can edit:
Gender and age
Ethnicity and country
Area of occupation and industry
Job level, job title, and company
Click Save to apply your changes.
Privacy settings
Two-factor authentication
Enable two-factor authentication to add an extra layer of security to your account.
When enabled, you’ll need to install Google Authenticator on your phone and scan a QR code to confirm your identity.
Delete my shared links
Use this option to disable all active shared report links.
This is useful if you previously shared a report and no longer want others to access it.
Restrict my Teams data
Toggle this setting to:
Hide your scores from Teams reports
Remove your manager’s access to your coaching report
Notification settings
If you are an admin user, you can control how often you receive email notifications about assessment completions in your organization.
You can choose to receive notifications:
Daily
Weekly
Monthly
Never
Each email includes a summary for the previous period.
Note: You will receive summaries for all users in your organization, not only those you invited. If you use a UAC filter, notifications apply only to users who match that filter.
Dynamo notifications
You can also enable Dynamo notifications to receive email reminders related to your Dynamo goal timing.
Tip: Dynamo notifications help you stay consistent with your development goals.
