Overview
The Download Center lets you view and manage all previously downloaded files from every account you manage, consolidated in a single location. This makes file tracking easier while helping maintain secure access to downloadable content.
Access the download center
Click Account in the bottom-left corner of the platform
Select Download Center
View and manage downloaded files
The Download Center displays all files you’ve downloaded, regardless of which managed account they belong to.
If you manage multiple accounts, you can:
View all downloaded files in one place
Filter files by account to quickly find what you need
This helps reduce duplication, improves visibility, and keeps your downloads organized.
Tip: Use account filters to quickly locate reports when working across multiple organizations.
