Overview
For enterprise accounts with HRIS integration, Dynamo access can be controlled using UAC filters. This allows you to roll out Dynamo gradually based on user attributes such as department, country, or region, instead of enabling it for all users at once.
Access Dynamo feed settings
Go to Settings
Select Campaigns, users and teams
Open Manage Dynamo feed
Click Edit
Review and manage HRIS UAC filters
Use filters to define which users can access Dynamo based on HRIS data.
In Filter by fields, choose the variable you want to filter by
For example: country, department, or global region
In Filter by field values, select one or more values
For example: Marketing and Operations
Click Apply filter
Important: Filters are applied the next time users log in.
After applying the filters, only users who match the selected criteria (for example, users in the Marketing or Operations departments) will be able to access Dynamo Learning.
Tip: Gradual rollouts help test engagement and adoption before enabling Dynamo across the entire organization.
