For enterprise accounts with HRIS integration, DynaMo can be tailored based on UAC filters, offering greater customization and personalization. That means you can gradually rollout the feature to users based on their group or HRIS data, instead of enabling it to all users on the account at the same time.

To set this up, go to “Settings” - “Campaigns, users and teams” - “Manage DynaMo feed” and select “Edit”.

Review and manage HRIS AC filters

In the “Filter by fields” menu, choose the type of variable that you want to start filtering by (for example, country, department, global region, etc.).

In the “Filter by field values” menu, you can further filter the variable. For example, if you chose to filter by department, in this field you can choose the department Operations. You can also add multiple field values (for example, more than one department).

To finish, click “Apply filter”.

Following the above screenshot, when any user logs in the next time, they’ll only be able to access DynaMo if they belong to the Marketing or Operations department.
