Changing your subscription

If you want to change your subscription, go to “Settings”—>”Manage subscription”, select “Open” and then go to the “Plans” tab. In the upper right corner you can choose whether you want to be billed annually or monthly. Select the plan you want to upgrade / downgrade to and click “Change my plan”. To finish, click ”Subscribe now”.

Changing your subscription plan within the same billing frequency (monthly to monthly or yearly to yearly)

If you’re downgrading your subscription, the change will happen on the next renewal date, meaning you will be able to use all the features of the current subscription until the next renewal date, when you will be downgraded.

If you’re upgrading your subscription, the change will happen immediately, and you will be issued a new prorated invoice.

Changing your subscription from monthly to yearly

If you’re changing your subscription from monthly to yearly, your yearly subscription will be available immediately, and you will be granted free users within your billing plan for the whole year up-front. Your billing cycle will restart at the date you change subscription, and you will be issued a new prorated invoice.

For example, if you have a monthly subscription for Coach Max and you switch to the Coach Max yearly plan, you will immediately receive 36 free users in addition to any previously granted users.

Changing your subscription from yearly to monthly

If you’re changing your subscription from yearly to monthly, the change will happen on next renewal (next year). For example, if you’ve purchased your yearly subscription on May 1st 2023 and you change your subscription to monthly on November 2nd 2023, your subscription will change from yearly to monthly on May 1st 2024.

Cancel your subscription

If you want to cancel your subscription, go to “Settings”—>”Manage subscription”, select “Open” and click on the “Cancel my subscription” button. To finish, select “Confirm cancellation”.

Note

Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. After that, your account and its user accounts will be permanently deleted and data will not be recoverable.
