What’s new

ADMIN - INVITES - INVITE CAMPAIGNS

  • Our new “Invites” feature lets you create custom assessment campaigns with a single click. It streamlines the invitation process by enabling a single invite for multiple assessments, with simple tracking and follow-up. As a result, the new 'Invites' tab in the side menu is set to replace the current 'All Assessments' tab. Eventually, the 'All Assessments' tab will be phased out completely. You can learn more about invite campaigns in our helpdesk article.

  • Invites - Enable Reports: When sending an assessment invitation, you now have the option to not assign the report to a user. In this case, the user will not automatically receive the report upon completing the assessment. This gives you more control over the distribution of assessment results, letting you decide when and how to deliver these reports to the respective users. This is particularly useful for recruitment and hiring contexts.

  • Invites - Share a link - Restricted to domain: When inviting users to take an assessment via a link, you can now limit access to a specific domain. This means that only users with emails from the specified domain can sign up using that link. You can learn more about it here.

  • Invites - Invite by email - Customize email: You now have the capability to customize your email invites directly within the invites dashboard. The process is straightforward and user-friendly, ensuring you can effortlessly make your invitations more engaging and personal.

GROUPS ARE NOW TAGS

  • We've learned that 'tags' is a more intuitive and familiar term for users. By using terminology that users already comprehend, we can decrease confusion and improve user experience.

SUBSCRIPTIONS - FREE FOREVER PLAN

  • We're introducing a flexible, pay-as-you-go subscription plan. With this plan, you can use our standard platform features without a monthly fee. Instead, you only pay $79 per user. You can learn more about it on our pricing page.

What’s improved

  • ADMIN - ANALYTICS - INSIGHTS: Insights tab, that was previously isolated within each assessment is now grouped together in Analytics. This reorganization allows for a more seamless experience and an integrated analysis of data.

  • ADMIN - ALL USERS: All your account data, across all assessments, can now be found in the main 'All Users' table. This centralization of information is designed to streamline your experience and make data management easier.

  • ALL USERS TABLE - SAVE MY VIEWS: You can now add, remove, or rearrange columns in the “All users” table to display only the information that is most relevant and important to your needs. You can also save your 'Views' with custom filters, allowing for quick and easy access later. More information can be found in this article.

Please be aware that the “All Assessments” page will be deprecated with this release. You'll find the assessment responses on the All users page, graphs and charts on the Analytics page, and invites on the new Invites page. With this new functionality, Invite Campaigns will also replace the need to use Projects.
