We're introducing a new feature - Dynamo Onboarding. This feature uses AI to generate personalized onboarding goals for each new hire based on their pre-hire assessment performance and available data. It creates a tailored onboarding experience aligned with each person's strengths, development areas, and organizational context. This reduces manual onboarding work, increases content relevance, and supports a smoother ramp-up for new hires.

Onboarding goals can only be assigned to active users and admins, not candidates. To assign them to a candidate, first change their status to "Hired" in the hiring campaign. This will update their status from Active Candidate to Active User.

When filtering a column, the first 100 values are now displayed, making it easier to see available options. In future updates, all available values will be displayed immediately (even if there are more than 100 of them), allowing you to see every option for filtering user data.

When you add the Top 3 core drivers/values column to the "All users" table and download it as a .csv file, the drivers and values now appear in the correct order—from highest to lowest.
