Overview
Campaign email templates support multiple languages, allowing you to send the same email in the recipient's preferred language.
You only need to create the template once. Then, add translations for any additional languages you want to support.

Note: We recommend creating your original template in English first and then adding translations for other languages.
Translate an email template
Navigate to Settings.
Select Notifications.
Click Campaign Email Templates.
Click Edit.
Select the template you want to translate and click + Add language.
6. Select the language you want to translate the template into.
7. Enter translations for each field in the template.
8. Click Save translations.
Once saved, the language will appear in the list of available translations for that template.
Repeat these steps for any additional languages you want to add.
Use translated templates in campaigns
When sending assessment invitations or reminders, you can select both:
An Email template
A Language
If a translation exists for the selected language, recipients will receive the email in that language.
Note: Only languages that have been translated for the selected template will be available to choose.
Edit an existing translation
You can update any translation at any time without affecting the original template or other language versions.
Select the email template you want to edit.
Click on the language you want to update.
Click Edit translations.
Update the translated text as needed.
Click Save translations.
Note: Editing a translation only updates that specific language. All other translations and the default template remain unchanged.
FAQs
Can I add translations later?
Yes. You can edit any email template at any time and add translations for additional languages.
Do I need to create a separate template for each language?
No. A single email template can contain multiple language translations.
What happens if a translation doesn't exist?
Only languages that have been added to the template can be selected when sending campaign emails. If you need another language, simply edit the template and add a new translation.
Can I edit a translation without creating it again?
Yes. Open the email template, select the language you want to update, and click Edit translations. Make your changes and click Save translations. Only the selected language is updated—the default template and all other translations remain unchanged.
