Edit the email body
The email editor uses a rich-text interface, making it easy to design and format your emails.
You can:
Format text with bold, italic, and underline styles
Create lists using numbered or bulleted formatting
Adjust styling with different text sizes and colors
Insert links to external resources
Add images to support your message
Insert buttons for clear calls to action
Add personalization with merge tags
Merge tags automatically insert recipient-specific information into your emails.
For example, to display the recipient's first name:
Click Merge Tags
Select Invite
Choose First Name
The selected merge tag is automatically inserted into the email body and populated when the email is sent.
Important: Do not delete the “Start the assessment” button and Additional email content. You can delete everything else but that.
