What’s new
USER - HOME
The user side of the platform has a new design, making it easier for people to find their results, see what they still need to do, and get back to the insights they use most. The update covers navigation, the dashboard, insights, reports, and teams, with a clearer page layout and a more consistent look throughout. Learn more about the new user dashboard in this article.
New Side Navigation
A new menu on the left has four sections: Home, My Insights, My Teams, and Learning, and the page you're on is highlighted. My Teams opens to list every team the user belongs to, so they can go straight to one.
Favorite Insights
Users can now star any insight to mark it as a favorite. Starred insights appear in a Favorite Insights list in the side menu, so the reports someone returns to most are always one click away. Users can star or unstar insights from the Home page or the My Insights page.
A Clearer Home Page
Home now opens with a personal greeting and a summary of the user's insights, active tasks, and teams. The page is organized into three sections:
Action center: everything the user still needs to do, marked as an assessment or a learning task, with a progress bar and a Start or Continue button. Longer lists show the first five tasks, with an option to load the rest, and completed tasks can be viewed separately.
Recent insights: the user's three most recent reports, with a link to view all of them.
My teams: each team the user belongs to (only shown if the team report has been shared with them).
My Insights, All in One Place
The My Insights page brings together every report the user has access to. Each report card shows how many times the assessment has been retaken and when it was last updated. From each card, users can open, favorite, download, or share the report.
Reports Open Right on the Page
Opening a report now shows it in a panel that slides in over the page, so users can read their results and close the panel without losing their place.
A Redesigned Team Page
Each team now has its own page with the team's reports, insights, and members in one place. Team reports can be downloaded and shared from the page, where the report's settings allow it.
Only What's Relevant
If a user isn't part of any team, all team features disappear from their view, including the menu item, the team section on Home, and the team counts. When there's nothing to show yet, for example, before a first assessment is finished, users see a short, friendly message explaining what will appear there.
ADMIN - USAGE HUB - SOLA USAGE
Account Owners can now see how people in their account are using Sola. The new Sola Usage Insights view shows how participants engage with Sola, so you can see adoption, spot trends, and judge the value Sola brings to your programs.
The view shows four headline measures at a glance:
People using Sola: how many users have started a conversation.
Average conversations: how many conversations each user has had, on average.
Returning users: the share of users who have used Sola more than once.
Average session length: how long a typical conversation lasts.
A Usage Over Time chart sits below these measures and shows how Sola activity changes day by day. You can use it to see the effect of a program launch, a reminder email or a workshop, and to find quieter periods where participants might need a nudge.
Together, these measures give you a clearer picture of whether participants are finding Sola useful and coming back to it, which makes Sola’s impact easier to share with stakeholders.
What’s improved
ADMIN/USER - CHAT WITH SOLA
Sola Improvements:
You can now minimise the Sola panel to a small card in the corner of your screen and keep working on the platform. Sola carries on with its reply in the background. The card shows what it’s doing (“Sola is thinking…”, “Sola is writing a reply…”) and tells you when your reply is ready.
When you paste a long piece of text into Sola, such as a job description or meeting notes, it now appears as a tidy “Pasted text” card instead of filling up the message box. You can send the card on its own or with a question, and you can click Show in text field to edit the text.
ADMIN - SETTINGS - INTEGRATIONS & API - INTEGRATIONS
Integration Report Mapping has now moved to a tab inside Settings → Integrations, so you’ll find it next to the integrations it applies to. Report mapping controls which reports are sent to your connected systems, so everything for setting up and managing an integration is now in one place.
We’ve also refreshed the rest of the page:
Clearer connector cards that are easier to scan, with a more consistent look.
Better-organised integration settings, so the options are easier to work through.
Short guidance text where it helps, explaining what each setting does.
