How to navigate your home screen
The sidebar
The left sidebar takes you anywhere on the platform:
Home: Your starting point, with your tasks, recent insights and teams
My Insights: Every report you have access to, all in one place
My Teams: The teams you manage or belong to. Click the arrow to see the full list.
Learning: Dynamo Learning, where you set and track development goals
Favorite Insights: Quick links to the insights you've starred
At the bottom of the sidebar you'll find Account, the language selector (it shows your current language, e.g. English) and Chat with Sola.
Your summary
At the top of the page, three counters show how many Insights, Active Tasks and Teams you have. Just below, you'll see your most recent insight and when you completed it.
Action center
The Action center lists everything assigned to you, like assessments. Each task shows its type and progress:
Not started: Click Get started to begin
In progress: The progress bar shows how far you've got. Click Continue to pick up where you left off
To see your finished tasks, click See completed. From there you can also retake an assessment, if your administrator allows it.
Recent insights
Your latest reports appear as cards. On each card you can:
Click Open to read the full report
Click the star icon to add it to Favorite Insights
Click the download icon to save a PDF
Click the share icon to copy a shareable report link
Click View all insights to see everything in My Insights.
Note: An insight only appears here if your administrator has shared the report with you. Completed assessments without a report are still listed under See completed.
My teams
Each team card shows whether you manage the team or are a member. Click a card to see the available team insights.
Account and settings
Click Account in the bottom-left corner to:
Open your profile with View Profile
Read the Privacy Policy
Open the Download Center
Log out of your account

Two buttons sit in the lower-right corner of every page:
Accessibility: Opens the Accessibility Widget, with tools like larger text and high contrast
Support: Send a message to our support team or browse Help articles
FAQs
Why can't I see a report for an assessment I completed?
Your administrator may not have shared the report with you yet, or the assessment may not include a report. You'll still find the assessment under See completed in the Action center.
Why is the Learning page locked?
If you're a candidate, you may not have access to Dynamo Learning.
How do I change the platform language?
Click the language name (e.g. English) at the bottom of the left sidebar and pick a language from the list.
