How to add/remove columns
If you want to change which columns will be displayed in the “All Users” table, you can do that by selecting “Edit columns” as shown below and selecting/deselecting some of the options.
Status - Pending (still didn’t register); Candidate (invited through a Candidate Selection campaign); User (either existing user or invited through a Development campaign)
Locale - This refers to the language the user selected for their account.
Billed Team User - Indicates whether this user was included in the team's billing report.
Dynamo Notifications Opt Out - Indicates whether a user has chosen to receive email notifications regarding new practice activities or when their sprint is nearing its end.
Invite Campaign Id - Each campaign has a unique identifying number.
Teams Data Unrestricted - Shows whether a user has chosen to limit access to their team's data.
How to save your view
If you wish to save your view with specific columns and filters for future use, add the desired columns and filters first. Then, click on "Manage view".
This action will open a new window where you can see the applied columns and filters. Click on "Save as new view", give your view a name and click “Save” to finish.
After saving your view, you can access it by clicking on "My views".
If you want to apply that view, click “Apply”.
How to add your view as a favorite
Once you’ve saved your view, you can mark it as a favorite for quick access alongside the default views. To do this, simply click the star icon next to the view name.
After marking it as a favorite, the view will appear alongside the default "Core Drivers" and "Core Values" views in the "All Users" tab.
How to delete your view
If you want to delete your view, first apply that view. Then, click on “Manage view”.
Next, click on the three dots located in the upper right corner and select "Remove view". To confirm, click on "Yes, delete".
How to filter users
To view a specific group of users in the "All Users" tab, you can apply filters. You can filter users by teams they belong to, their user roles, projects, groups, etc.
Navigate to the "All Users" tab and click the filter icon next to the value you wish to filter by, as shown below. Choose "Filter by value", find the value you want, and click anywhere on the page to apply the filter. You can also filter users by multiple filters at once.
Remove filter
If you want to remove a filter(s) and see all users in table again, select “Restore view”.
