This feature enables you to merge a user's personal email with their work email that lives in your HRIS feed.
For example, you invited a user to complete an assessment as a part of a recruiting process via their personal email. In the meantime, they have become an employee and are now inside your HRIS with their work email address. You can merge these two emails so their assessment results copy to a work email account.
Note: You need to be an Account Owner to be able to do this.
How to merge users
To do this, select the user you want to merge in the “All Users” tab, scroll down to the bottom where it says “Merge user with imported (HRIS) user and select “Open”.
Search for the work email address in HRIS that you would like this account to be merged to, select “Next”, and then click “Confirm”.
