Overview
You can manually assign assessments to existing users directly from the All Users table.
This is useful when a user has already completed one assessment and needs to complete another without receiving a new invitation.
Important: If you assign assessments this way, user will not get notified and you will not be able to send reminders or track user progress. We recommend using Campaigns whenever possible.
Assign an assessment
To assign an assessment:
Navigate to All Users
Select the user you want to update
Click on Full profile
Click + Assign new
Next:
Select the assessment you want to assign
Select the report you want the user to receive
Click Confirm
Note: If you do not select a report, the user will not receive a report after completing the assessment.

Will users receive an email when I assign an assessment?
No. Users are not notified when an assessment is assigned manually, they need to login to their account to access their assigned assessment.
Can I send reminders for manually assigned assessments?
No. Reminder functionality is only available when users are invited through a campaign with an email invite.
Can I track progress for manually assigned assessments?
No. Progress can only be tracked when users are invited through a campaign with an email invite.
What happens if I don't select a report?
The user will be able to complete the assessment, but no report will be generated for them afterward.
When should I use manual assignment instead of invitations?
Manual assignment is useful when an existing user needs to complete an additional assessment, but you do not want to add them to a campaign or send a new invitation.
Users are not notified when an assessment is assigned manually. After assigning the assessment, you'll need to let them know that they should log in to their account to access and complete it.
