Download user data

Export assessment results and user data as a CSV file.

Overview

You can download assessment scores and custom user data directly from the All Users tab.

Whether you need:

  • Core Drivers results

  • A filtered group of users

  • Users who completed multiple assessments

You can export everything as a CSV file in just a few clicks.

Download Core Drivers assessment results

Export Core Drivers results for all users.

  1. Open the All Users tab

  2. Open the view selector

  3. Switch to the Core Drivers view

  4. Click the three dots in the upper-right corner

  5. Select Download all (CSV)

This will download a CSV file containing all Core Drivers results.

Download results for selected users only

If you only need results for specific users:

  1. Select the users from the table

  2. Click Download as .CSV

Only the selected users’ data will be exported.

Download custom user data

Choose which columns to include before exporting.

  1. Open the All Users tab

  2. Click Columns

  3. Select the columns you want included in the table

  4. Click the three dots in the upper-right corner

  5. Select Download all (CSV)

Your CSV file will include only the selected columns.

Download users who completed multiple assessments

  1. Open the All Users tab

  2. Click Columns

  3. Add:

    • Core Drivers Status

    • Core Values Status

  4. Click Filter

  5. Select Core Drivers Status and Core Values Status as a filter

  6. Set filter logic to Equal=completed

This will display only users who completed both assessments.

  1. Click the three dots in the upper-right corner

  2. Select Download all (CSV)
