If you manage more than one account, you can copy any user from one account to another. This action won’t delete the user from the current account.

To do that, go to the “All Users” tab, select the user you want to copy, scroll down to “Copy user to another account in your control” and click “Open”.

Then, select the account you want to copy them to.

You can also include results from their existing assessments so they’re copied to the new account as well. To do that, toggle the “Include results” button.

If the user already has assessment results in the target account, you’ll need to select overwrite to be able to copy their results. This way their results from the account you’re copying them from will overwrite the results they have on the target account.

To finish, click “Copy”.

To copy users in bult to another account, select those users from the “All Users” table, click on the three dots in the bottom right and select “Bulk copy users with results”.

First, select the account that you want to copy them to.

If the user already has assessment results in the target account, you’ll need to select overwrite to be able to copy their results. This way their results from the account you’re copying them from will overwrite the results they have on the target account.

To finish, click “Confirm”. Once all the users are copied, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Note: If the user didn’t complete any assessment yet, that user won’t be copied to the target account, only the users that have assessment results.

Unlike copying, moving users to another account will remove the users from the original account.

To do that, select the users you want to move in the “All users” table, click on the three dots and select “Bulk copy users with results”.

You can also move only one user this way.

First, select the account you want to copy them to. Then, select "Move" and click "Confirm" to finish.

Once the action is complete, you'll receive a confirmation email.
